Every sunday from 8 am to 2 pm a ruin pub turns into a community market.

Hungarian primary producers, whose priority is to maintain harmony with nature, present their goods at the courtyard of Eleszto. They offer goods such as seasonal fruits and veggies, cheeses, ham, salami, pastries, syrups, jams, juices and wine.

Every month they invite a special guest from the world of gastronomy to host a community outdoor cooking, all meals of which are prepared using ingredients supplied by loval prodcers.

This time Nóra Nemes, the author of  Nosalty és a Dacota blogs introduces her brand new book, talking about american gastronomy.
