This last weekend was an exciting one for train fans from around the world, as the Union Pacific Rail Road finished the restoration of one of the Big Boy 4000-series steam locomotives - the largest steam locomotives ever made. This is a walk-around of one train that is in display in Cheyenne, Wyoming (it is not operations, simply on static display), but it gives you an idea of the immensity of this locomotive and its fuel tender. Together, they weigh about 1.25 million pounds (.57 million kg).

Should your travels take you to Cheyenne, Wyoming in the near future, be sure to visit this static display train in Holliday Park.
