Ward Salsa wants to know, what is the posture in cha cha, samba, and rumba. well, I'm gonna show you that, plus I'm gonna show you how to really stand out on the dance floor, by breaking some really cool rules with your posture. posture changes a lot of things, it changes the way you act, it changes your mood, it changes the way you dance. so what exactly is good posture? well quite simply your looking to get a nice long vertical line. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWwpC... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0EB76... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V30wm... stretching that head. pulling it up. stretching it up. that long stretch. if its rumba, I'm just trying to rotate my hips under that vertical line. this hip action is rotating underneath this posture. just rotate underneath. nice tall posture. if your posture comes down for four hour you just practiced 4 hours of bad posture.
