The Soviet Memorial in the Treptow Park (Treptow Memorial) is a memorial in the Treptow Park in Berlin. Built in May 1949, the plant was commissioned by the Soviet troops to honor the soldiers of the Red Army who had fallen during World War II. Over 7,000 of the soldiers killed in the Battle of Berlin are buried here. The monument to the monument is with hills and pedestals a total of 30 meters high. (Source: Wikipedia)
