This is a short and effective Kundalini warm up called “Ego Eradicator”. The excercise combines holding the arms out and up at 45 degrees while doing  Breath of Fire.All you need is a comfortable space to sit and breathe. Close your eyes.  Curl your fingers into your palms. The thumb (represents the ego) extends out away from the hands in a "thumbs up" position. Do for a minute and work your way up to three minutes.  It is great for helping to get out of our own way.
