"La Vuelta" is the cycling competition of Spain, as is "Le Tour" in France. In 2017 one of the stages was in the city of Cuenca. But behind the simple fact of seeing cyclists go through an ephemeral moment, a huge group of people work to assemble and dismantle quickly, the scenery of departure and arrival.
