High in one of Wakerley’s most sought-after estates, this quality McCarthy built home is located among other million dollar homes on large blocks in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. This beautiful home is convenient to the bay, shops, the port and airport, walking distance to Moreton Bay College and within the catchment of well-regarded Gumdale State School. The lush gardens on 831sqm add to this home’s impressive street appeal.
The custom-designed 419sqm home offers spacious living over two levels, with generous options for families wanting separate spaces. The kitchen features a large butler’s pantry, stone benchtops, soft-close drawers, quality appliances including gas cooktop, and breakfast bar. The open plan kitchen/family area extends onto an expansive alfresco that includes a built-in kitchenette, perfect for the bayside lifestyle.

The large backyard will cater for kids and dogs, plus offers scope for a future pool and room to spare for caravan and boat. The house also has a built-in garden shed.
Upstairs the spacious living area opens onto a good sized balcony with relaxed views towards the city, where you can relax and enjoy the bay breezes.
Good separation exists between the living and bedrooms, and the master bedroom is well positioned with excellent WIR and ensuite facilities. The three other upstairs bedrooms are all doubles with built ins. Downstairs the office can serve as a fifth bedroom if required. Other features include solar panels, ducted air (6 zones) and a 5,000L water tank.
This home will tick lots of boxes for many families, and won’t be long on the market. Similar homes in the immediate vicinity have been snapped up quickly, so arrange an inspection soon.
