Rebecca & Rob take to the streets to find out what all the hype is about at Hill Street Tai Hwa Bak Chor Mee with special guest - Elaine Kim.

Hill Street Tai Hwa Bak Chor Mee

Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodles serves Teochew style bak chor mee with noodles that are firm to the bite, topped with supremely tender and fresh pork mince, pork and liver slices. Opened by Mr Tang Joon Teo in Hill Street in 1932, the stall is often touted as the best bak chor mee in Singapore. The late Mr Tang left the business to his three sons and is currently located at Crawford Lane, where the perpetual queue that averages over an hour is testament to its continuing popularity.
