For the first time since the start of WW2, vehicles were able to race on the Brooklands Finishing Straight, after it was opened by Lord March. To achieve this the WW2  Wellington Hangar had to be disassembled and rebuilt off of the Finishing Straight were Vickers had built it during the war.
