I'm having a lovely time with following yoga from Sarah Beth Yoga (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaoV1PrYft4)

I've put my 360 camera on and overlaid the video from Sara Beth. Go and visit her channel and try some of the beginner stuff, it's such a satisfying feeling.

I'm really starting to get some core strength in my lower back and my balance has improved immensely. There is a lot of study that has gone into MS and the benefits of gentle yoga. I'm feeling it!

I plan on doing a few of these in different nice places that we have around Lancaster like the castle or nature reserve. As long as I can get to it on my scooter!

Fingers crossed it will not be needed in a few months! xx
