Limited to the north by the Boulevard de Courcelles, Monceau Park is surrounded by several streets or avenues, whose piercing is financed by the Pereire brothers, and lined with luxury mansions, some of which face the park. Most of these routes bear names of great painters of the seventeenth century: Velasquez Avenue, Ruysdael Avenue, Van-Dyck Avenue, Rembrandt Street, Murillo Street. The park is crossed by Ferdousi Avenue, the Michel-Berger alley and the Comtesse-de-Ségur alley.
