360 Taputeranga Marine Reserve

Take a look under the waves, get personal with local marine life and discover the remains of the HMNZS Wellington (F69) on our 360 interactive dive tour of Taputeranga Marine Reserve. The marine reserve stretches along the south coast of New Zealand's capital Wellington at the confluence of three oceanic water bodies and current.
The varied mixture of warm, cold, temperate, and subantarctic fauna and flora supports a rich biodiversity of fish, invertebrates and algal species. The complex topography of the coast and high energy of the coastal waters has created a wide variety of habitats within a relatively small area.
