Since it first emerged as a new medium, virtual reality has proven to have disruptive effects on the automobile industry. VR is increasingly being applied to interior design demos and test drives to showcase new features of car models.

As more automakers realize the immense opportunity VR advertising and marketing have on the auto industry, virtual reality might stand to revolutionize the traditional vehicle-purchasing process for customers.

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a range of executive cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz in various engine and body configurations produced since 1993.

Historically, the E-Class is Mercedes-Benz’ best-selling model. Due to the E-Class’s size and durability, it has filled many market segments, from personal cars to frequently serving as taxis in European countries, as well special-purpose vehicles such as police or ambulance modifications.

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class is a line of compact executive cars produced by Daimler AG. The Cabriolet (A205) was spawned from the latest generation C-Class (W205) that came out in 2014.

The Washington Auto Show (WAS) is an annual local auto show held in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center usually in late January. It is listed as one of the top five auto shows in the US by the International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers, and one of the largest auto shows in North America, besides the North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS), the LA Auto Show, the New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) and the Chicago Auto Show. The event has evolved to emphasize and showcase the latest innovations in sustainable automotive technologies.

The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) is an annual auto show held in Detroit, Michigan at Cobo Center, usually in January. It is also among the largest auto shows in North America.

The São Paulo International Motor Show is the biggest auto show in Latin America. The auto show takes place every two years in São Paulo, Brazil since 1960, and became an international event in 1990. The event is typically held between October and November.

The auto industry is facing multitudinous opportunities because of virtual reality, and we’re holding our breath for even more innovative uses of VR experiences.
